Springtime to me means watching baseball on tv, and thankfully there are great direct tv dealsso we can watch every game. Baseball is one of the only sports that I watch on a regular basis and actually follow. Since I was a little girl, I have been a fan of the Chicago Cubs. I grew up in Central Illinois and lived about two hours from Wrigley. I loved going to games and getting to experience the thrill of being at a Major League game. As I’ve grown up and moved away from Illinois, my love of the Chicago Cubs has not waivered. I tune in to every game that I can possibly watch from April to September on my satellite tv.

My favorite part of watching baseball is the laid back attitude of the game. I love sitting outside at my favorite sports bar and watching the games, with the sun shining and cold beer flowing, it’s the closest I can get to being at Wrigley. The Cubs vs. Cardinals series are always my favorite time to watch and be a Cubs fan. Enjoying the games with a group of mixed fans is one of the highlights of summer. While the Cubs are often the butt of many jokes, watching them play the Cardinals gives me some faith in the team. The rivalry is still alive and always worth watching.
